FIND YOUR LEVEL
You’re embarking on a career in people practice
Ready to make your mark on the profession? You’ll be awarded CIPD Foundation Membership, and the designation “Foundation CIPD” after your name.
You’re settled into your career in the profession, and are ready to grow
Choose an Associate Diploma in L&D or People Management
Expand your knowledge, and gain recognition in your role. You’ll be awarded CIPD Associate Membership, and the designation “Assoc CIPD” after your name on completion.
You want to drive strategic change within your organisation
Choose an Advanced Diploma either in L&D or People Management
Develop your business acumen and management skills so that you can take the lead on strategy. You’ll be awarded CIPD Associate Membership, and the designation “Assoc CIPD” after your name on completion. Depending on your experience, you may be eligible to apply for Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.
