COVID-19 Financial Impact Fund

The COVID-19 Financial Impact Fund has been established to support CIPD members during unprecedented times where members have, through no fault of their own, been negatively impacted financially. 

To ensure those who need the discount most are able to benefit from it, we need to ask a question to understand your financial situation. 

We rely on membership fees to do the work we do and support people professionals around the world, and whilst we hope to be able to offer reduced fees to as many members who need it, unfortunately we may need to limit numbers on the register to ensure we can continue the work we do.

Please note that the COVID-19 Financial Impact Fund is for the 2020/21 membership year only, you will revert back to paying the full membership fee for membership year 2021/22.

You will receive confirmation of your acceptance onto the register within 3 working days.
